Zemen Mobile App allows you to access your Wallet and bank accounts.

Simplify your life and stay in control with Zemen Mobile App. Through the App you will be able to manage your accounts, Z-Cash purchase/redeem, add cards to digital wallet, transfer funds, and pay bills, locate ATMs/branches, get daily exchange rates, self-onboarding/activation, USSD services all within the app.

Manage Your Accounts
• Quickly access your wallet, account, and credits with Fingerprint Sign In
• Review activity and balances in your accounts
• Easily activate or turn cards on or off, add cards to digital wallets , view recurring payments, and manage account access
• Zemen customers can now self-onboard/activate themselves on Zemen App. You will have inquiry access on your accounts after proper validation.
• Z-Cash: Send instant cash through your app to friends and families. Beneficiary can collect cash from Zemen ATM or branches
• Through the App, if there is no data connection, you can use our USSD service to get the basic services
Make Transfers and Payments
• Make payments through QR code
• Transfer funds between your Zemen accounts and to other financial institutions
• securely send and receive money using your wallet to family and friends.

Ratings and reviews

The app is not user-friendly and repeatedly shows an “incorrect passphrase” error even when the correct one is entered. In addition, I am unable to transfer money or access any mobile banking services. This makes the app unusable. Kindly resolve these issues as soon as possible.

The new update is not attractive to use. Plus, the transfer to other bank option is removed. I have notified the customer service office, but there has been no response so far. It's a really bad context for Zemen!!!

the new UI design with white background is very very bad. It's not attractive to use and difficult. We had the best previously and I really don't know why you need to do such a major UI design and color change. It's awful and please take the corrective action!!!!?
