CheckVN Ha Tinh is software included in the invention "Anti-counterfeit authentication process" of the Center for Enterprise Integration and Development (IDE), to protect the rights of consumers and genuine manufacturers.
CheckVN Ha Tinh has the following functions:
- Verify whether the goods consumers are checking are genuine or not.
- Show authenticated history.
- Authentication instructions.
- Connect to the genuine goods portal (Perform the annual task of "Protecting Vietnamese goods brands" on a nationwide scale. According to plan No. 99-KH/MTTW-BCĐTWCVĐ of the Central Steering Committee (The campaign for Vietnamese people to prioritize using Vietnamese products) by manufacturers registering to protect their trademarks for the benefit of consumers with IDE.
Consumers download the CheckVN Ha Tinh application to their SmartPhone and authenticate whether products and goods are genuine or not, through authentication stamps affixed to products and goods. Through the camera, consumers scan the authentication stamp to get accurate information about the product.
CheckVN Ha Tinh will display product information committed by the manufacturer through the first authentication layer.
After knowing the information promised by the manufacturer, the consumer scratches off the first layer of stamp to authenticate the second layer of stamp. CheckVN Ha Tinh will continue to support consumers in tracing the origin of goods and respond immediately at the time of verifying the answer, whether the product or goods the consumer is checking are genuine or not.
When authenticating products, CheckVN Ha Tinh will notify consumers of the following information:
- “The product is not part of the IDE protection system!” In case this product is not protected by IDE, it means the product is not genuine.
- “Product sold! Please check again "in case the product has been sold before, consumers carefully check product ownership information such as authentication time and product owner. If the consumer scratches off the emulsion layer to authenticate the code layer under the emulsion layer for the first time, the system replies "Product sold!" Please check again" and the displayed authentication time does not coincide with the consumer's authentication time, then the product the consumer is checking is not genuine.
- Display product information if the product the consumer is checking is within the IDE's protection system.
- Display the "THV" sign (Proud Vietnamese product brand) with the message "Product protected by IDE!" This means that the product the consumer is authenticating is a genuine product because the manufacturer registered to protect the product brand in the "Anti-Counterfeit Authentication Process".
In addition, consumers can continuously access information about manufacturers or suppliers by links to YouTube or the manufacturer or supplier's website.
