This application is designed to manage the end-to-end process of buying and selling vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, and pulses across state-wise mandi (market) operations. It supports two main user roles: broker and employee. Brokers are responsible for purchasing items and can either sell directly or assign their employees to handle the sales. The app keeps a detailed digital record of the items stored, sold, and payment-related information such as the amount received and the mode of payment used. However, it is important to note that the app only records this payment data and does not process any transactions, except in the case of vehicle insurance. For vehicle insurance, the app integrates with secure payment gateways, allowing users to create their vehicle insurance and complete the payment digitally. Additionally, the app includes a verification process for buyers, where Aadhaar and PAN card details are checked. These documents are not stored on the server; only the status of whether a buyer is verified or not is recorded. A Bahi Khata (ledger) module is included to manage company-wise data and generate useful reports for financial tracking. This application offers brokers and their employees a streamlined, digital way to manage mandi operations efficiently while maintaining clarity and compliance.
