The app doesn't work. I lost my information when my phone failed. I didn't make a hard copy so I couldn't access the credit union system info. Tried for weeks to create an account and log in as a new user, but each time, I got kicked out of the system. Called Members Credit Union and they tried to reset the app, but it didn't work. I just gave up. I mean, it worked fine for a while, but not now. Bummer!

horrible man, this happens many times where I can't see how much I have in my bank account, account freezes at a number, can't login sometimes and will have to reset, the responses suck too. I can't even log in on the website with the same password as on the mobile.. rn my bank account is literally stuck at $1,199.10 for two weeks now, wondering when they will fix this. I highly recommend not using this bank for anybody who wants to use this even though my sister recommended this...👍
