The OTP system is fine, but the issue is that the login doesn't happen the first time, and I have to submit another time in order to login. Also , why not make it optional? I already have the password and fingerprint security. Seems a waste of time and energy, especially if you use the application frequently

The app simply does not start properly and keeps crashing, making it impossible to carry out any banking tasks.I've tried reinstalling the app and even updating it to the latest version, but the issue persists. It's disappointing because I rely on mobile banking for its convenience, and this constant crashing has been a major inconvenience.

Honestly speaking, I am still unable ro understand what are you doing Burgan Bank! Now, the App doesn't launch requesting for an update, when going to the App page on Google Play, there is Open and Uninstall options, no Update. I uninstalled then re-installed the App, but still, it doesn't launch, still requesting to be updated. Please wake up guys, it's the 21st century!
