The OTP system is fine, but the issue is that the login doesn't happen the first time, and I have to submit another time in order to login. Also , why not make it optional? I already have the password and fingerprint security. Seems a waste of time and energy, especially if you use the application frequently

As for the OTP issue, try to update to the latest version of the application Please.

You guys had added the one time password system. If the person had forgotten the device can't open the application without password.. Kindly remove that system. The person is already using the pin number or the password. So no need for additional one time password.

Keeps freezing all the time. Take hours to just go through the login page and keeps buffering everytime
