This has to be the worst app ever as much as I paid for this service, I would expect me to have the ability to use the app and see specifically what's going on in my yard at all times. Video is glitchy or doesn't load at all. The video recordings are glitchy and not smooth. Sorely disappointed!! just used the Arm Away function and it took several MINUTES to actually arm. Update: today is 4 September 26. Still waiting for the supposed tech to reach out to me. my phone is working so stop lying.

I use this daily for arming/disarming my system. I love that I can check in on my cameras and have saved video available whenever I need it. It's super easy to navigate and if I run into issues, it's easy to call in and get help. The doorbell notifications might be slightly delayed, but it's not terrible. I have it mainly for package delivery anyways. When the alarm goes off I get instant notification which is perfect for when we accidentally set it off.

one camera down, cant see video from last night because its too dark but it appears to be my stalker checking if my gate is unlocked or not and making a phone call saying its locked and driving away. I have watched it 20 times and still cant tell exactly if thats accurate. Also, app constantly not working and says error. I am not happy with this service at all.
