About this app

Do you have a nightmare using your calendar app to add a new event?
Takes too long? Crazy amount of options and clicks?

With Add Quick Event the pain is gone.
Arrange events using a single text field!
You can update calendar almost with no time.

You will be reminded twice: 15 and 30 minutes before the event (if both of them are set for minutes). Basically it changes reminders values of which you have in settings. - Pints this Friday? Enter: 'fr 18 pub'

- Set when you usually want to be reminded about an appointment.

This app is more usable than voice control. No problem with background noise. Nobody can hear your meeting details. Scheduling is safe and reliable.

You can manage your diary easily creating entries just in a single text field.

It easily analyses the text as you type and put into right fields instantly so you make sure that the appointment or meeting will be created properly.

Giving this a bump for its ingenuity. This could replace both a calendar and a task manager app. To go from quick to lightning quick, may i recommend a quick add button in the notification tray. That combined with the shorthand key would equal, like, the Flash-level of quickness. For those with ADD, the ability to transcribe thoughts quickly and effortlessly is paramount. Will try this out. Thank you.

Update. Stopped working after a recent update. Thanks to Adam for pushing out a new version quickly and then walking me thru steps to clear cache and storage. Uninstall. Reboot . Install. Reboot and back to normal. Original review: this natural Language application that I use a custom gesture to start is a daily driver for quickly capturing and entering events. More accurate and flexible than Google assistant. Would be one app I would dearly miss if it went missing for any reason.

I'm switching from Inbox to Gmail. To replicate Inbox's reminders-in-email, I created a separate reminder calendar, and am creating calendar "events" for my "reminders". Good: - I can customize which calendar to quick add to. - Lets me preview event time before adding. Bad: - I said to microphone "take out the trash at 3:45pm" and Start Time is set to 3:45am.

This app is not meant to be used with voice. Use keyboard instead with help of some keywords - there is a list of available words below the the entry field. This way you can create calendar event super fast and accurately.

What's new

- You can now put negative numbers in front of a key words, so "-3d 18 meeting" creates an even 3 days before the current date
- Invite guests entering their emails (they will be notified about your event)
- Fixed bug affecting URL links (https:// and http://).
- Modify the keywords - go to settings and update them to meet your likening (use / to set different versions of a keyword).
