Was a good app until it stopped working, and apparently, NO ONE is working to fix it. I have not been able to use my card for almost a week because it was turned off when the app decided to quit working. This time, I can't even access it through the online banking app. Error message (CAN'T CONNECT). I recommend using a different bank that has working apps.

They changed there new app for them. It stinks and it has taken me as of now 3 days to have the credit union to fix it. But as of now I haven't heard a word from them back to help me to be able to get onto there new app. I read other peoples thoughts and they feel the same as I do. You don't charge what is working very good or it is don't break then you don't fix it. They show that we don't have any accounts. This better be changed because there are a very large sums of money in both accounts

Does not work. Tried multiple times on another phone and has error pop up everytime. No phone number on card to reset pin quickly. Can not get through holds on customer service line ever. Not happy with services.
