I have not been able to use the app since I opened my Coastal account months ago. Not able to register my card. It's just giving error messages. I've called in for around 10 times & visited the branches twice but still have issues. I was told that the issue was escalated & someone would call me, but nobody did. Coastal should implement the feature on Cardnav into the main Coastal app to eliminate the second app. Being able to lock/unlock my card when not in use is all I'm concerned about.

I haven't been able to sign into the account for months. Uninstalling hasn't helped, and resetting password does nothing.. it won't even let you progress to the next screen to complete the reset. I don't know if there was some buggy update, but now I can't manage my transactions the way I would like.

Not going to connect something this buggy to my banking accounts. Not sure how this app got out of testing. Initially it would only ask for a password no enrollment option. Now it just says server not found. Uninstalling and sticking with their website. Given how buggy this is, I cannot trust that they could get the security right, if they cannot get a simple UI working. .
