This app has become less and less reliable. Sometimes you can't access it to be able to log in to turn your cards on/off. also sometimes it shows the cards on then when you try purchase something you get a declined for card being off notice. You always need to carry cash with you since this app is unreliable. August 2025 update. This App is still garbage. Please fix your app. It works maybe 20% of the time. Have to switch between my wife's iPhone and my android to get this app to work at all.

As with all of the other EFCU members on here...there is no Card Control link on the main menu of the EFCU mobile app. There is no Card Controls anywhere within the mobile app. This is a poorly thought out supposed, solution for members. You cut their card off with no number and no way to turn it back on. There is no fraud, just a random shut down. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered. Obviously, there are problems from customer reviews since July of 22 and still no fix!

Love this app. In the world of having a million passwords, it's nice I can just get in using the EFCU app and not need a separate login. Thank you! Also love being able to turn my card on and off at any time. Pretty much keep it off until I need it!
