A lot of people complain about having to reset the app each time they want to use it. I found out that it only breaks if you don't manually log out before closing it (there's a log out button in the app). Still feel like they should fix that. You can't use it to list for flights, so the app is only useful on the day of travel since it lets you see the priority list and gives you a mobile boarding pass. To summarize: it's got some issues and is missing some features, but it's not useless.

Something seems to have happened with the App, it stopped working these last few days and won't even pass the white screen with the logo, it just hangs. Before that, it was always a slow app and buggy at times, but now it is completely bricked despite multiple uninstalls, reboots and reinstalls. Not sure if there was an update that caused this but it's frustrating to say the least.

Go to Google Play system update to install any updates. After phone restarts click on A.E. app. If app doesn't open, see if your phone needs software updates. Go to Settings>Software Update>Download and install. If app still does not open, try clearing A.E. app “data” in Settings>Apps>American Essentials +> Storage> Clear data and open app again.

Well done! I just happen to be traveling tomorrow and picked up my boarding passes with just four clicks from my phones home screen. Once I setup my login there was no typing, searching or fumbling around to get what I needed, it's just right there! I think I will get a lot of use out of this new app. Well done.
