Cap27 is the independent app for 18-30 year olds for the French presidential election. 22-question quiz, sourced candidate profiles, and shortcuts to official civic procedures (registration, proxy voting, polling station).

You answer on an agreement scale and can weight each topic according to its importance to you. At the end, a transparent ranking of the declared candidates for the first round, with their positions sourced question by question.

Cap27 opens the official service-public.fr form with one tap. The process takes place on the government website — Cap27 does not process or store your registration data.

Search by address via the National Address Database (data.gouv.fr). Internet connection required for this feature.

Unavailable on election day? Cap27 opens maprocuration.gouv.fr for you in one tap — the process takes place on the official website.

Local reminders on your device for key deadlines: registration, proxy voting, first round, second round. No push notifications from our servers.

🔒 ANONYMOUS BY DESIGN
No account, no advertising ID, no data resale. Your quiz answers remain on your device — no server reads your political opinions. The quiz and candidate information work offline once the app is installed. Civic procedures (registration, proxy voting, polling station) require an internet connection as they rely on official public services. Cap27 uses anonymized usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) without advertising identifiers.

📚 PUBLIC SOURCES & METHODOLOGY
Each candidate's position cites at least one primary source: official platform, parliamentary vote, verified public statement. The scoring algorithm is documented and auditable.
