About this app

VMS AAIS is a camera monitoring application for businesses, allowing employees and
managers to monitor the camera system of their store, warehouse, or office directly on their
phones and tablets.

The application connects to the VMS server system and the National Video Recorder (NVR) managed by your business.

MAIN FEATURES

• Live View
View live images from multiple cameras simultaneously in a grid of 1, 4, 9, or 16 frames. Tap a camera to enlarge to full screen, and switch pages to view the next cameras.

• PTZ Control
With PTZ-enabled cameras, you can control horizontal and vertical rotation, zoom in/out, adjust the movement speed, and call pre-set monitoring points (presets).

• Playback
Select cameras and time periods to review recorded video from the NVR. Support
pause, resume, fast forward, and change playback speed.

• Capture screenshots and download videos
Take screenshots from the video you're watching or download the video to your device's Downloads folder for storage and report generation.

• Filter by store
Quickly select the store or branch you want to monitor; the app only displays cameras
from that area. You can also hide/show individual cameras as needed.

• Secure login
Supports login with VMS account or single sign-on (SSO). Login sessions are protected by a token (JWT) and automatically renew.

• Bandwidth saving
The app automatically pauses the video stream when you switch to viewing a single camera or when you take the app to the background, reducing mobile data usage. You can monitor the amount of data the app has used directly within the app.

USAGE REQUIREMENTS

This is an internal application. You need a business-issued account and a pre-installed VMS server and DVR system. The application does not operate independently without this system. Please contact your organization's administration department to obtain an account.

APPLICATION ACCESS RIGHTS

• Internet and network status: connects to the VMS server and DVR to transmit camera images.

• Location: records location at the time of login for security and access control purposes. The application does not track location when running in the background.

• Storage: only used to store photos and videos you actively download.
