The app is bugged, so it installs with the system toggle to allow notifications automatically blocked and greyed out. It's not a great way to keep on top of notifications. There is also no record of appeals that can be pulled from the app, so make sure you save your confirmation emails! So far it's been a nightmare trying to work with our HOA through this company, since despite conversations over the phone that promised otherwise, continued violation notices keep stacking on our account. Avoid!

All of the things listed below from people are what I am experiencing also. I now can't even get into my account to see my statement or print it off. It will not let me reset my password nor will it let me log into my account. I have had this same problem before. This is very frustrating as I am only trying to pay my HOA statement. Worst app and company I have had to deal with. Completely non user friendly!!!!!!!!

The app is broken!!! Doesn't accept my password. Does not send an email to reset the password. Many others have made the same complaint for months. My HAO requires that we use this terrible app. I have no recourse but to complain to the HAO that we find a method that is more reliable.

What’s new

We’ve fixed several issues to improve stability and usability:

- Fixed an issue where My Profile was not opening
- Resolved an issue where the BoardVue section was unavailable
- Fixed Contacts & Links not loading correctly
- Resolved an issue with biometric login (fingerprint) not working
- Fixed a bug in the Guest Pass date picker that affected date selection
