Ratings and reviews

The app is bugged, so it installs with the system toggle to allow notifications automatically blocked and greyed out. It's not a great way to keep on top of notifications. There is also no record of appeals that can be pulled from the app, so make sure you save your confirmation emails! So far it's been a nightmare trying to work with our HOA through this company, since despite conversations over the phone that promised otherwise, continued violation notices keep stacking on our account. Avoid!

Not functional, you have to hit the register button then hit sign in in order to sign in. The website doesn't work and you can put in your password 30 times and it just blanks everything out, seriously, please fix this app. For $110 a month paying HOA, I could make a better app.

This app is buggy. It signs me out then won't allow to sign in. currently have open requests with differing dates that were put in the same day. *update* Since the update login is still an issue. I have to close and reopen the app multiple times to view docs. *2nd update*Seriously the log in issues are awful! Additionally, I have noticed the dates on my requests to my hoa changing in the app. Not sure if my hoa is shady or app is buggy but dates of submission are important.
