problem was solved by contacting GM customer support . Also, the directions to set it up were badly written so it's no wonder it is hard to set up. Oh, and connected via wifi takes way longer than it should. I almost gave up. While I'm not completely satisfied, it does what I want it to do

Total rubbish impossible to install. I called on the phone for tech support at 4pm and no one would pick up the phone. I left a call back almost an hour later an no one has returned my call. Difficult to use I am going to have the Buick delearship uninstall the device and throw it in the garbage.

I purchased a dash camera,in September, I had it dealer installed. I have yet to be able to watch a video. it doesn't work. I just get the runaround. quit finger pointing and replace my camera. it takes hours to even get ahold of a technician. please help me.
