I purchased a subscription and cast the content to my TV using Chromecast. Initially, the audio and video were synchronized, but after about 30 minutes, the sound became out of sync with the actors' lip movements. Sometimes there is also distorted or unexpected audio. Could you please help fix this issue?

The worst app ever. I took the yearly subscription of 499 but it shows me that "the subscription has not been acknowledged by the developer". Like what the hell is happening here. I paid money to watch movies and you guys are joking on us. I want this issue to be fixed within 24 hours else return my money back.

Honestly, the app feels poorly managed and not trustworthy. The content library is good, but the software experience looks rushed, almost like it was made for timepass instead of serious users. No website login, no proper official website, no download or offline viewing option, and not even direct in-app customer support. Still the content quality has strong potential, but lacks proper management ,support , payment option ,and user-interface. The reviewscomment lacks but no reply from devlopers
