Ratings and reviews

The app keeps crashing. Never login and bug message keep popping every time it crashes. After it opens once in a while after multiple tries you cannot update anything in your profile not even photo. So pathetic.

I haven't been able to log in for months and from the looks of it I am not the only one. It doesn't appear that they care to fix this issue either. We pay a lot of money to AAPC. The least they could do is keep their app running for our convenience. Not too much to ask!

Called the customer service line and even the representative acknowledged that the app won't let anyone log in. The only solution offered is to use the website and manually enter all the CEUs at the upcoming conference. AAPC, please fix this or rebuild the app from scratch. As a company that prides itself on being for forerunner of innovation and high standards, this looks really bad for you and damages your credibility. Please please please fix this
