Aapda Rakshak is the official disaster reporting and emergency response mobile application developed for the Himachal Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority (HPSDMA) to strengthen disaster preparedness, improve emergency response, and facilitate effective communication between citizens, emergency responders, and government departments across the State of Himachal Pradesh.

The application enables citizens to report disaster incidents directly from their mobile devices using GPS-enabled location services, photographs, and videos. The information submitted through the application is instantly made available to the concerned authorities, helping them assess the situation quickly and initiate timely response and relief operations.
