There is a science of the body, which is called biology. There is a science of the mind, which is known as psychology. And there is a science of the soul—yet no such science has been formally established at a global level until now.
A human being is free—free to accept the soul or to deny it. Because science thinks in the language of proof. Until something is proven through experimentation, science cannot accept it as true.
Aatmkala is the ground where the seeds of that science are being planted. In the present moment, this may not be easily understood. Aatmkala is the art of knowing the soul. Just as you learn painting, or the art of dance, similarly in Aatmkala there is an effort to cultivate the art of knowing the soul.
Here, ‘atma’ means life. And Aatmkala helps you absorb the art of living with ease. Life has been given to you for free. Your personal contribution to its creation is nothing. You do not know which world you came from, nor do you know which world you will return to. And you do not know whether another life even exists or not. But the life you are living now—you at least know that. And the path to make this life more beautiful and to taste it in its totality is Aatmkala.
In life, sometimes there will be joy, sometimes sorrow. Aatmkala is that art which accepts every experience—whether positive and constructive, or negative—and uses each experience to enrich the self and refine life.
Aatmkala transforms despair into hope and points toward the constructive aspects of life. Aatmkala does not belong to any religion or sect. Nor does it force you to believe in any faith, trust, conviction, or God. Aatmkala is the art that grants you the mantra of self-trust.
Aatmkala is not part of any tradition, nor is it trying to create a new tradition. Aatmkala neither lives in the past nor the future—it honors the present moment.
Aatmkala does not compel anyone to accept or reject any religious belief. Religion is the art of living. Hence, this art is for everyone who has been granted human birth by existence—whether by destiny or good fortune. Whatever religion they belong to, whichever sect they are connected with, whichever caste they come from—before all else, they are human. And they are rightful heirs to the wealth of life. Therefore, any simple and sincere effort to make life more beautiful is welcomed and appreciated by Aatmkala.
Aatmkala is the effort to transform every negativity of life into a constructive colour. Aatmkala does not impose a path or compel anyone to walk it. It gives every individual the courage to create their own path and walk upon it.
Every person is free to live by their own inner wisdom. Every individual’s personal freedom is important. Aatmkala does not force you to accept any thought. You may join Aatmkala by your own wish, and you may leave it by your own wish. Those who come are welcomed; those who leave face no restrictions.
Aatmkala is a celebration of life. Aatmkala is faith in oneself. Aatmkala is the path that transforms sorrow into joy. Aatmkala is the doorway that makes life simple, easy, delightful, and enriched. Aatmkala is the vision that sees the life hidden within death. Aatmkala is the eye that perceives the invisible hidden within the visible. Aatmkala does not wait for light; it is the science that transforms darkness into light. Aatmkala is the means to smile in difficulties. Aatmkala is the art of turning obstacles into steps toward success. Aatmkala is the strength that makes the weak powerful. Aatmkala is the skill of making the power of the universe your own. Aatmkala is the bridge that connects life with a greater life. Aatmkala is neither new nor old—it is eternal. As long as life exists in the universe, Aatmkala will endure, because Aatmkala is nothing else—Aatmkala itself is a life.
With love and good wishes,
