in my opinion, the icons need to be more visible as they are currently dark and the writing below are very small letters. need to be improved by adding more colors in icoms and writings before then

off late the bank claims they have improved security of the App but it stopped working in my Samsung ultra20 with a note saying screen reader detected. I don't know what kind of security update it is that stops customers from using their app. And they have done that with out any prior warning or guidance for the customers. As I have been saying all along for the last 10 years if it was not for bank muscat account that I hold simultaneously my life would have been a hell.

I am extremely unhappy with this new update. I had no issues with the old version. Bank needs to take people's comment seriously and fix apps problem. So far im unable to use this app. I have contacted the bank, they keep telling me not to use the app until they see what are the issue and that they will get in touch with me but no one called so far.
