About this app
Ab3atli connects customers and delivery drivers, simply and without waiting.
ORDER IN SECONDS
Enter the destination, add a description if needed, and confirm. Your request is immediately sent to all available drivers. The first one to accept takes the delivery, and you can see their progress live in the app.
No amount to enter, no payment in the app: you pay the driver directly upon delivery.
FOR BUSINESSES AND RESTAURANTS
Fast-food outlets, grocery stores, pharmacies, boutiques: send multiple requests at the same time and track them all from a single screen. Your phone number is shared with the driver who accepts the delivery, so they can contact you directly.
FOR DRIVERS
Driver accounts are created by the service administrator. Once logged in, you receive new orders via a loud audible alert, audible even on silent mode, and displayed even when the app is closed.
A switch lets you mark yourself as active or inactive at any time: when inactive, you will no longer receive any notifications. You accept or decline each delivery with a tap, and you can view your completed deliveries at any time.
WHAT THE APP INCLUDES
• Send a request with two fields: destination and description
• Distribution to all available drivers, first come, first served
• Reliable audible alert, with reminders until someone responds
• Live tracking of your current orders
• Complete delivery history
• Active/inactive switch for drivers
• Customer's phone number shared with the relevant driver
• Opening hours defined by the service
• Interface entirely in French
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Customers register directly from the app: a name, phone number, username, and password are all that's needed. No registration via social network or external service.
Keep your password safe: there is no automatic password reset via email. If you forget, contact the service administrator.
PRIVACY
Ab3atli does not access your GPS location, contacts, or photos. No advertising or ad tracking. Your data is neither sold nor shared for commercial purposes.
