I paid USD 10/month for Abacus and an additional USD 10 for DeepAgent. After creating a very simple agent, all credits were consumed, making the LLMs unusable. This credit system was not clearly disclosed, and advertised models like DeepSeek are no longer accessible. The service is effectively unusable despite payment. I request cancellation and refund or restoration of usable access. Bruce

the AI voices need a lot of work- they all sound female-as well as the read out loud features as it pretty much never reads the thread that you want back to you- but the rest is pretty cool. I like that you can pick whatever model you want

overall I like it but it has a lot of little bugs on the app and some on the page as well. along with pricing issues it shouldn't take 40 credits to tell me it can't do something. also if it hallucinates or acts weird such as giving me the same thing I just told it was wrong. I should have a way to get those credits back
