About this app

Do you have a lot to read before exams or lectures? Note-taking doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. First, build your audio-notebook by recording notes, then replay it and revise. It's so easy.

How does BrainTape boost your learning?
- adding a short title to your note helps you highlight key concepts and makes it easy to find the right note later when you need them
- speaking out loud when studying can improve memorization so you can remember more
- regular revising of your own notes is crucial for making sure you don’t forget what you’ve learned
- color coding your spoken notes with the 'note category' feature helps also aids memory

Visual Design
- interface designed for better overview of your voice memos
- append meaningful title to each audio memo and a colorful category icon

Organize
- create new voice memo location that we call 'Subjects'
- create 'Headings' within each 'Subject'
- create appropriate custom categories which apply globally to the whole App

Record
- automatically record into currently open location or save to another location

Playback
- review audio memos on the go

- view all your recent notes
- find all 'Subjects'

Environment
- ready for use on the go, at home, in the office, or at the closest sound booth
- using BrainTape with headphones is recommended, however it is not required

What’s new

We implemented onboarding and added exciting functionalities such as manually
reordering notes, exporting the whole heading as audio files for yourself or to be shared
with others. We fixed a critical bug that deleted some notes during updates and added our
contact e-mail so you can reach out directly from the app if you may need any assistance.
We're also excited about our new study cards. You may find out more about them in the
settings.
