Hi, I have just bought a new phone, Samsung s22, I've tried to log in and the app has an error saying I have no internet connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. My connection works fine with all other apps. Any ideas on how to fix this. Scratch that, a new update popped up and it fixed the issue. I then had the issue come up again after changing the router my inverter was connected to and an uninstall/ reinstall fix the issue.

Greetings, you must send us an email to glb-mobile.apps@fimer.com indicating userID, MAC address otherwise we cannot help you. The device has already been registered on AuroraVisione by the installer, who has not provided you with the credentials. Send us the email with all the information in order to solve the problem. Setting it up was just awful. Now seems to be under permanent "extraordinary maintenance." Had the unit for a year, something went wrong a few months back and we didn't generate power for a month, then had to re-add the plant and lost all previous data, making it harder to prove the whole thing is garbage. This time my session expired and when I logged back in it says to add plant, I add plant and it says there's no device. Just an all round nightmare.

As of yesterday, the app started complaining about no internet connection. This is wrong, all other apps work fine, and also the browser based version of this app. Tried force stop, restart, clear data, but it didn't help. Edit: the bug was fixed, now it works. Thanks for the quick response.
