Unable to hear anyone on the app and they can't hear me. Can unlock doors and view the cameras but it defeats the purpose of having the app if you can't talk to whoever called the intercom! Update 16th December 2025: can't even access the cameras remotely and it hasn't called my phone when the intercom rings in months. Absolutely useless.

ABB should integrate its own NFC/Bluetooth door open app for both iOS and Android. Recently ABB has announced the end of life of IP Gateway which the APP needs to connect. It is now replaced with only SmartTouch to connect which is quite oblivious if owner doesn't need a touch screen to start of with.

The user experience is terrible! When a call is ringing you cannot mute the it, so you only can answer or reject it. If your have opened the door, the call is automatically hanged up, and this is a problem when I use it for receiving parcels (I want to check if the parcel is properly delivered) Image quality is VERY POOR. There is some lag when trying to manage the device. And you have the 'Device Busy' message very frequently when you need to interact with it. Does not worth the price at all
