The user experience is terrible! When a call is ringing you cannot mute the it, so you only can answer or reject it. If your have opened the door, the call is automatically hanged up, and this is a problem when I use it for receiving parcels (I want to check if the parcel is properly delivered) Image quality is VERY POOR. There is some lag when trying to manage the device. And you have the 'Device Busy' message very frequently when you need to interact with it. Does not worth the price at all

won't allow Hotspot regardless of what you try it must be a local network on a local platform like internet via spectrum and not even sure that will fix it, but have tried everything to connect to mobile abilities to access at all times and even with Hotspot (hidden unhidden no matter) it still fails to allow setup. a true POS and insanely expensive for what you get!

App broke with most recent update on my phone and everyone else on my building who has an Android phone. I can access the camera normally but when someone buzzes the door, the app immediately crashes. I think the issue is somewhere in the popup overlay. Phone is a Pixel 6 and I think the others who have seen the same issue that I know also have pixels.
