Hola Wilmer, cuando escoges pagar con pasarela de EC o transf. bancaria por ley se aplica la salida de capitales. Si dispones de una tarjeta habilitada para compras internac. puedes optar por el pago con Paypal. En ese caso la misma institución financiera te haría ese cobro y por tanto en el sistema te mostrará un valor de $0.00 de ISD.
