I used to love this app. As a new mom, it helped so much with the coupons. Then, it revamps, and you limit scans to 5 a month?! That's not even enough to earn a coupon. When times are so tight right now and a lot of people are losing government help, it took away the ability to take just a few dollars off monthly. Most baby companies are trying to help their customers right now. Just sad.

Similac changed the rewards goalposts while launching this app and while my most recent scan 5 for $5 coupon was in-process. now there isn't a scan 5 for $5 coupon at all. There's a reason the most cost effective alimentum isn't rewards-eligible and it isn't a sense of humanity. Deleting this app and my rewards account. It gets worse, because Abbot won't even let me delete my account because there's something magical about my name, email, and address they aren't allowed to delete. pathetic.

I've scanned like 20 cans of formula but it still hasn't updated. The app tells me that I've reached my scan limit for the month but my stats never change and it won't give me my coupon. Rip off!!
