Terrible app and user experience. Getting it set up was a headache. I've scanned many cans of formula. I have redeemed many coupons. My points total has never changed. It says it'll load stars once it verifies or something. You have no ability to look at your scans beyond *scans this month" so if it's a new month you'll just never know and it's never clear if my scans actually took or not. Clearly I'm feeding data into the system but I have no ability to see it. Very, very frustrating.

I want to love this program/app, I really do. but I have tried it for a month and out of the 5 I have scanned, only 3 showed as scanned. I can't track which ones so I am not sure out of my 5 of what went through. On top of that issue, I didn't get the 3 until I attempted to delete my account. They revamped to doing 10 scans, and based on old reviews it was at 5. Would be great if it would just work. also would be great so see which of my scans are completed or pending.

For a company that claims to try to help parents, they really don't.. or they pick and choose. We rarely receive coupons and even when I reached out about the QR codes, we were told they were working on those. We buy a lot of formula and there have never been QR codes they want for rewards points on any of the containers; but yet, you have to scan to get points for coupons. at this point, it seems more like false advertisement.
