A clock that tells you where everyone is instead of what time it is.

Hang it on your home screen and the hands say Home, Work, School, Travelling — one
hand for each person, with their face on the end of it. A glance tells you your
daughter got to school and your partner has left work, without anybody having to
message anybody.

**Nobody's location ever leaves their phone.**

This is the part that makes it different from everything else in this category, and
it is not a policy — it is how the app is built. Your phone works out for itself
which of *your own* places you are at, and sends nothing but the name of the place.
No coordinates. No map. No history. Not to us, not to anyone. There is no account,
no email address and no password, because there is nothing to attach one to.

**What people actually see**
A hand pointing at a place. That is all there is. Nobody can watch you move, replay
where you went yesterday, or see anywhere you have not chosen to name.

**Set it up in a minute**
- Pin your places by standing in them and tapping once — home, work, the school run
- Add family by scanning a code, in person or by sharing a link
- Everyone approves who can see them, and can stop it at any time

**Pause whenever you like**
Hide from everyone, or from one person, without anybody being told. Your hand simply
says nothing, exactly as it would if your phone were flat.

**Honest about what it does not know**
Hands fade when a reading gets old, and the list underneath says why — a phone that
is off, one that has not been reachable, someone who has not finished setting up. A
clock that quietly guesses would be worse than one that admits it is unsure.

**Runs on nothing**
No live tracking, no polling, no map tiles downloading in the background. Your phone
notices when you arrive somewhere and sends about forty bytes. That is the whole
conversation.
