Requirements to Start:

Age: You must be 18 years or older to get started.

Transportation and Valid ID: Ensure you have a Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.

Printer: You’ll need a smartphone and a printer to get started. We’ll pay you for printing the documents—just print, serve, and earn.

Bank Account: You'll need a checking or savings account to get paid by direct deposit—fast, every business day. No bank account? No problem. We’ll mail you a check twice a month.

Additional: Some states have special requirements. We’ll tell you if anything applies to you.

Ratings and reviews

This app is complete trash. Freezes unexpectedly, have to constantly close and/or refresh in the middle of trying to serve jobs. By the time you get to the next job, you have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to log one attempt. Does not take or save photos. Constantly "Loading, please wait. Thank you for your patience." App is consistently down for days at a time, effecting my ability to do my job. ZERO STARS, HORRIBLE APP!!

The app has a lot of bugs. My experience is that it requires unnecessary extra work. There need to be more options for service outcomes. When I log a phone call on a case that does not allow texting, the app logs it as a call/text which then causes an error that I have to correct to say that I made a call and not a text.

App is impossible. ABC has been saying for weeks if not months that they realize the APP is slow. Not sure what slow to them is, but if it moves like a sloth, that's fast to them. I'm getting jobs sent to me through email that I can print through the web based site. Buy i can't log an attempt in the app because the job isn't there. I have to open a job prior to attempting 10-15 minutes before, so that I know the job will open. Not to mention that no one is ever available in the chat feature.
