Some of the deals are quite good, some are not. I searched for a rental car through the Union Plus app and got a discount though budget. I think went to the budget website and found pretty much the exact same format, and I tried the union plus discount code. Same discount. Then I took out the discount code and left it blank, the price went down a dollar.

Booked a hotel at JFK Airport with the app, got a text confirmation from an unknown number, no email, no hotel confirmation from the property itself. I showed up thinking everything was OK and the property had no record of my reservation. They eventually found me, but with the wrong name and several other issues. Absolutely horrible experience.

It will not load for me to sign in or anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still having the same issue. This has been going on for days now. Partly why I signed up for the union and now this app is just a waste of space on my phone. I would give it zero stars if I could.
