Such a great app when it works... Extremely glitchy. Constantly has a "wipeout" error message and deletes my cart and won't add some items to my cart. Last night, it put my entire order in Spanish (my settings are entirely in English). The order confirmation email was also in Spanish? Very glitchy. Love Hollister, but every few updates the app becomes extremely wonky. Not user-friendly.

The app crashes regularly even when not having been opened for a while - when you click to open it, it will say "wipeout". Very inconvenient.

Worst app ever, honestly. It will ask you to log in, but the password not recognised. Then you try to change password- no chance to log in. App operates like a website. You try to look up for your order- 'bad request' 🤦‍♀️sort it out at once!!
