Simply awful. Don't know where to start: two factor screen won't allow you to type in, get to certain screens and you have to acknowledge an agreement but scroll doesn't work so you have to exit the app and skip that option, terrible layout, lack of clarity of the accounts, no help features to describe the various accounts, etc. etc etc. Poorly designed and built.

Edit: App's primary function of allowing users to submit claims mobiley has not functioned for three months now. Essentially an unsusble app. Crashes frequently but only when you're trying to file a claim. Convenient for them... Currently unable to reset my password after account being locked because their app kept freezing on me. Been unable to submit claims for a month This app is bordering on a scam at this point, would advise anyone to reconsider doing business with ABG.

Hard to find claims within app. There should be a dedicated section for claims. Also unable to make any edits to submitted claims or upload additional documents. App is slow to open and navigation is slow, taking a few seconds to go from page to page. PDF uploads appear to be immediately rejected or require additional review. Overall poor experience.
