I just started using this app today. I have found it difficult to navigate. It is difficult to add accounts for direct deposit. The save button is grayed out. April 2026-Update I stand by original review that the app sucks.. it is not uncommon to get common error messages right at the end of the submission process. It is really annoying. Another update July 2026- if you enjoy and putting a lot of data and then getting an error message rejecting your claim after submission this is the app for you

app keeps returning to the login page and then requiring verification with an OTP. I've had to login with my regular password + OTP literally 5 times while trying to figure out how to upload their required redundant documentation. The instructions unhelpfully just say "Take a photo of your receipt at the point-of-sale and upload to submit your claim." HOW??

Simply awful. Don't know where to start: two factor screen won't allow you to type in, get to certain screens and you have to acknowledge an agreement but scroll doesn't work so you have to exit the app and skip that option, terrible layout, lack of clarity of the accounts, no help features to describe the various accounts, etc. etc etc. Poorly designed and built.
