downloaded this app for the first time in the month of November around 2nd week , and everything went well , was able to log in , attempted few papers , but when i opened it again this month , from past few days , i wasn't able to open any of the question papers , except the ones which i previously attempted!! when i deleted it and downloaded again , now I am not even able to log in , when I am trying to sign up again, it's showing that pin code is not found !! please do something!

As a student, I was really looking forward to using this app for mock tests, but unfortunately, it’s not functioning properly. Even with a stable internet connection, the app keeps showing a connectivity error, making it impossible to use. It’s disappointing ,frustrating wasting our time.especially when we rely on it for our studies. please fix the bugs our exams are near!

I am not able to get the paper. Only one notification is popping up that is of - "something went wrong, try again later." No matter how many times I have tried my best to get the papers. cleaned my storage with good network connectivity and all those criteria, that has been mentioned by the developer. Please resolve this issue it's my humble request.
