This is the best reading app I’ve ever used. It’s super easy to use, really comfortable, and well-organized—which is so important because it makes the whole reading experience much more enjoyable and convenient. Even though they sometimes don’t provide the latest releases from certain publishers, it’s still much better than many other options and apps. Subscription auto-renewed without any prior notification or reminder — no email, no in-app alert, nothing. When I contacted support to request a refund, they refused, despite their own refund policy page showing that credit card payments are eligible for refund requests. The contradiction between what's written in their policy and what support actually does is frustrating. If you're not actively watching your subscription, they'll charge you and keep the money with zero flexibility.

the subscription fee is auto renewed without any notification in the app or mail and they say in police their is an option to pause the auto renewal but there isn't and there isn't a way to delete the payment card u entered... the only way to cancel the subscription is to do this in same day of subscription to avoid auto renewal and stealing ur money ... the app is a fraud for ur bank info as u couldn't delete it the app is very slow and hard to use in audiobooks
