device gt100v, brand new. trying to activate it doesn't have the version gt100v...it has gt100 and gt100s, but no v. there's no way to activate anything on the android phone side, so I used a PC....while different experiences without any support. able to activate the device which works for exactly one movement or once on the first day then nothing changes ever. tried three devices for 5 days and none work after day 2.. on the support page, the first thing I saw was there isn't any support.

I would have given it five stars the fact that you cannot wait the GPS yourself and then when I had to renew my SIM card I was one day after it expired and they're telling me I have to buy new SIM card and a customer support sucks you really have to wait for an email you can't physically ever talk to anyone they told me I had three SIM cards that were expired when I in fact only had one the website says you have up to 20 to 30 days to renew your sim card before you have to get a new one.

Keeps tracking the device to italy for no reason. Very complicated set up.
