About this app

Mammoth is useful when there are many customers and you want to integrate the data transmission and reception channels for each customer. Basically, it provides an e-mail client to send and receive e-mails with business partners, and provides a messenger function for collaboration within the company. If a customer installs Mammoth, Mammoth automatically adds it to the messenger address book, and messenger service with the customer is also available.

1. Workspace (online workplace) information management
- Provision of personnel information management functions such as customer management and organization chart management
- Provides a document box function to share frequently used corporate documents throughout the company

2. Messaging Center
- Sending and receiving emails from business partners and intra-company messenger collaboration are provided in one application
- If the customer installs Mammoth, use the real-time mobile messenger function with the customer
- Send/receive notification / large file transmission/reception / group chat / web board / notice notification

3. Account management
- Operate channels centered on business partners for information that is notified to business partners and transmission/reception data
- Useful when there are many customers and you want to integrate data transmission and reception channels for each customer
- Business site management / customer management / information storage / receiving evidence / sending and receiving documents / mass web app push notifications

Information on access rights

[Required access rights]
- Storage space: Used to transfer or store photos, videos, and files on the device


[Optional access rights]
- Address Book: Used to access the device's address book and invite users
- Camera: Used to take photos/videos and provide QR code recognition functions
- Location: Used for electronic attendance system authentication

You can use the app even if you do not agree to the optional access right.
* App access rights are implemented in response to Android 6.0 or higher versions, divided into mandatory and optional rights. If you are using a version less than 6.0, you cannot individually allow selection rights, so we recommend that you check if the manufacturer of your device provides an operating system upgrade function and update to 6.0 or higher if possible.
