PsiCore Tests is the app that lets you answer job selection assessments assigned to you by a company or recruiter, all from your phone. You don't need to create an account or register: simply enter the access code provided and answer at your own pace.

HOW IT WORKS
• Enter the access code given to you by the company or recruiter.

• Confirm your candidate information and give your consent.

• Complete the assessment calmly, from your phone.

• Once finished, the Human Resources team receives and analyzes the results on their dashboard.

WHAT YOU COULD ANSWER (depending on what the company assigns you)
• Personality and work style inventories.

• Interests and career orientation (Holland-type interest model).

• Values ​​and motivations in the workplace.

• Aptitudes and skills for the position. Each process defines which assessment applies; you simply answer the one assigned to you with your code.
