This app has been terrible for a while now. My credentials are rarely ever used, which defeats the purpose of asking me to save my credentials. Snapshot sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't work. Even after the update, I still keep getting asked to verify via phone number. It's almost 2026, how is that the only option you offer? This app is only worth 1 star, if that.

I can see my balance in the app, but can't access anything else. Need mobile deposit for checks - can no longer find it in app much less use it. Really need to fix as I'm out of state majority of the time and will have to make deposits at "partner" brick and mortar locations. Not very happy...but I guess if I can't use it, crooks can't either... Some security upgrade...

ABNBFCU once advertised that it was better than a bank. Wasn't then and looks like it still isn't. Trying to establish app is cumbersome to say the least. Why should I have to click 740 months to enter my date of birth? I'll just have to take someone else's word that's it a good app. It's easier to go somewhere who is more customer focused.
