I like that this app make it easier to access bills. HOWEVER, I don't like the fact that surcharge reflects on the total in home page in the app since it is confusing given that it doesn't match the actual total billing itself. It's not consistent Adding the surcharge in home page is redundant, don't you think? Since, it will be added in the next billing nonetheless. It would be much appreciated if this will be resolved on your next app update.

For some reason the app takes forever to load. Though it works when it works but Dvo Light has to fix the loading issue. It may be possible that their database is loaded with users trying to open the app at the same time but please the company should invest in system that can accomadate thousands of their users.

My man your app is outrageous šŸ˜ž. It loads infinitely in Android OS and won't let me login. I reinstalled your app many times but the issue still persists. Please fix your app cause my billing statement relies on your app. There's no other ways to view my bill.
