Can't log in. Please fix the problem. It will be of a great help to those (crew) who want to make an appointments, request certificates, upload documents, etc. This kind of app is necessary during pandemic because most of transactions are made online.

Just now I cannot even log in. It states on the app that not permitted to log in. Few weeks ago I can still open my account. Is it possible can you fix this problem? Thank you

All fields have been filled up, but still can't submit form. It says "all fields are required". Useless app!
