Prefer the layout of the original app. This one seems to just throw everything in one page. If you have more than one account you have access to it all accounts. When first logging in, it give an error and you have to retry before being able to get into the app. Have not tried the online deposit or transfer, hopefully they work as they were a light problem in the original. Being able to transfer to different accounts was a plus as well.

The app used to give a running balance after each transaction. An example is: 100.00 available, Gas 50.00, 50.00 available. This was all on the same line. This little bit of info is missing and it was a big part, for me, to keep track of where I was in my mo ey usage. not it only gives what is available and not what it was before the last transaction.

Disappointing. Newer doesn't mean better. There was nothing wrong with the old app, everything worked seamlessly before and now all I have is issues. I've left messages and chatted, nothing has been fixed or corrected, very poor service. In process of switching banking institutions. Use to love this bank! Good job👍
