Idk why these places can't just update the old app instead of making you download a new app. Now I don't even remember what username I had and the app is very unforgiving with helping you to remember it. Why do I need to know my SSN AND my member number? Couldn't my SSN, DOB, or heck, my address be enough? Edit: Tried visiting my local Abound to fix this and it's packed like sardines. Tried calling and there are a whopping 75 people ahead of me. Yeahhhhh I think they messed this one up!

This is a great new app! It's easy to use and has so many features.
