as far as banking apps and websites go this has to be one of the worst user interfaces out there. you can only see statements online if you dont get paper copies, and even then it wont show you your credit card statement. There is a glitch that when you link an external account they ask you to select a method for a secure code, but they dont give you any options!! currently trying to pay my CC statement balance but I have no clue what it is nor do I have a way to pay it besides stopping at bank!

Was working perfectly up until this week, and now it's almost useless. The account summaries that used to display by every account are gone, so now I have to go into each one separately to view a balance, and it loads very slowly. I made a transfer several days ago from savings to checking and it still hasn't posted. I can't get my savings account balance to load at all. It's not like a major update rolled out, so I don't know what's going on, but I hate it.

All negative reviews are spot on. It makes you "update," but then makes you download a new app altogether. If you get pw wrong twice, it locks you out. I don't even think I got it wrong... but I'll never know for sure because you only have 2 chances to get it right! I tried calling the customer service number, was put on automated hold for 1 hour, and then the call dropped. I understand there must be a lot of difficulties with the recent changes, but please do something about this :(
