About this app

Take attendance by pointing your camera.

AbsentApp registers attendance by reading each participant's QR code. No printed list, no searching for names, no typing. Point, scan, done.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Register your rooms and participants — one by one or by importing your existing spreadsheet.

2. Print the sheet of QR codes generated by the app and distribute them to the participants.

3. On the day, open the room, point your camera, and register everyone's attendance in seconds.

Filter by period and export a PDF with consolidated attendance and absences, ready for accountability.

NO DUPLICATE ATTENDANCE

Retaking attendance for the day corrects the previous one instead of duplicating it. The history remains reliable even when someone makes a mistake. WORKS WITHOUT AN INTERNET CONNECTION

Attendances registered outside of coverage area are saved on the device and sent automatically when the internet connection returns.
