ABS Golf Academy is a structured training companion for serious golfers following the ABS (A Better Swing) method.

ACTIVITY LOGGING
Browse the full ABS drill catalogue across all disciplines — Putting, Short Game, Approach, and Tee Off. Log every session with duration, ball contacts, and a personal score. Your history is stored privately on your device.

STATISTICS & INSIGHTS
Track your progress over time with weekly charts for time and ball contacts, a 4- and 16-week moving average, and a discipline breakdown chart. The Season Highlights screen shows personal records, your most-trained drills, and a score ranking.

WEEKLY PLANNING
Build your training week in the Planning tab by scheduling slots for each discipline. ABS Premium unlocks the Advanced Planner with a full day-by-day event timeline and calendar sync.

ACTIVITY DESIGNER
Create your own custom drills alongside the ABS catalogue. Set type, duration, ball contacts, and purpose — your custom activities appear everywhere in the app alongside the built-in ones.

NOTIFICATIONS
Stay consistent with optional mid-week reminders and weekly summary notifications, scheduled at the time of your choice.

GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP
Optionally connect your Google account to back up and restore your training data to your own Google Drive — your data is never sent to any external server.

CSV EXPORT
Share your full activity log as a CSV file directly from the Statistics screen.

ABS PREMIUM
Unlock the Advanced Planner and future premium features with a monthly or yearly subscription, managed through Google Play.
