Im a subscriber of TFC Premium with a plan register. But i cant watch in my cp. It always say not authorized. Your app is getting worst and worst each day . You will losing customers if you are not attending to our complains. This is not all about the money that you gain from us. You should give us back what we paid for.
Pls fix your phone app, otherwise i will unsubscribe when my premium plan ends next month. App doesn't play videos and always have a message that i have reached 4 maximum users. I use my tfc on different phones. What is the problem with that? And please reply to all your subscribers, we want action from you guys!
This app is just horrible... Just can't bear it anymore. Since I've been trying to loggin with my Facebook account for so many times but always on process... So I rq the server to fix this problem immediately. And after that only I we'll give 5 star but for now just 1 star only.
There's no search button so I can easily find what show I'm looking for. And it does not have a "next" button to play the next episode. I have to remember the episode I'm currently watching, go back to the list and look for the episode after the current one. Inconvenient.
I subscribed tfc since last year but recently starting March 2017 I am getting error msg "your android version is not supported". I am using S7 edge with 7.0 android. Pls fix this issue, I paid for nothing, it's been 3 weeks that I am not able to watch tfc in my mobile. If you value our hard earned money, pls solve this issue at the soonest, my subscription will expire this month without getting any worth.
Can you please update? It's frustrating that I can't watch on my mobile app. It keeps say version not supported. We are paying for service not bugs that are being ignored.
