At first, this was awesome... then this week, it was completely USELESS. Even after attempts to uninstall and install. Initially, videos were slow to load then videos wont load at all then the home page wont load at all and now i cant even log in. So were all paying customers but what are we paying for then if this wont get fixed? I wish you could watch through the mobile version as well and not just into the app because the app is just not working at all!
I cant log in from my tablet. Since you updated to the new version i cant watch it on my tablet anymore and nobody try to address the problem. Not even a single soul.of a customer rep called back to let me know that they're trying to fix it. It's totally disappointing being charged $12.95 ! Month for a crappy service. Please act soon before you lose more followers. Thank you!
I haven't been able to log in on the app, it's saying "unable to log in with your TFC email/password. I've uninstalled and installed it and it used to let me in to watch one episode and then it would ask me to sign in again. Now, that process doesnt even work anymore! I would be more understanding if the developers were to actually respond to their PAYING customers concerns. I wish they would provide us with the option to watch on their mobile site knowing that their app needs a lot of work.
Worst app ever made. No help from tec support who's only suggestion is to re-install the app. Slow load, and now unable to log in. Good thing we downgraded to lite and have taken off auto renew.
I have the same problem like anybody. I log in then got through, then it says click on apps. Once I click the red click app, it tells me to sign in again and then can't log in user/password. Like what's going on !!?
I subscribed for annual premium, but since the update it is so hard to use the app. I had high hopes because the new website/ app seems reliable. But to my disappointment. Please fix it asap. Not a abc cbn standard.
