app needs to work, all the time, with no updates, offline, reliable. no excuses, its a key

Big mistake buying this lock. I can't even use it because I can not unlock it. It will not connect to the Bluetooth on my mobile. Not too sure even if I can change it up due to a weird USB connection. If I ever get it unlocked and on the bike and it runs out of charge how do I recharge it if i am 10k from home?

It works fine, app is mostly stable. However it has a hard user count limitation, which is not preferable. Also the logs are quiet junky and doesn't sho any information beyond when was the device triggered. It would be really preferable for it to show the information of whom was triggering the event. Works fine for small domestic use cases but definitely not eligible for more serious use.
