THE BENEFITS OF THE TECTIQ ADMIN APP AT A GLANCE
- Quick commissioning and maintenance of TECTIQ door components
- Commissioning and maintenance tasks automatically generated by the management software Access Manager are transferred to the Admin App via Wi-Fi or mobile network (GSM/4G/5G)
- Transmit tasks to fittings, cylinders and wall readers in seconds via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
- A paid Access Manager software package is required for the transfer of parameter data, e.g. door group, Office Mode configuration
- Set date and time (e.g. after battery replacement)
- Easily identify door components via LED visual indicators
- Transmit logs from door components to the software (paid software package required)
- Automatic feedback to the control centre/software regarding completed tasks, log entries and firmware updates
- All functions are available even in temporary offline mode
- Highly secure data exchange via peer-to-peer connection
WIRELESS INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Use your mobile phone as a smart transfer device: for simple and efficient commissioning and maintenance of your TECTIQ components (cylinders, fittings, wall readers).
Need to update the devices’ firmware or synchronise the date and time (e.g. after changing the battery)? All this is easy with the Admin App. Commissioning and maintenance tasks are automatically provided by the Access Manager administration software. Just a few clicks are needed to send them to the app.
REAL-TIME DATA TRANSFER + OFFLINE MODE
It’s just as easy to use the app to retrieve the logbook, battery status and other data from a door component and transfer it to the software in a matter of seconds.
And what if door components are installed in an ‘area with no signal’? That’s no problem either: data transfer from the app to the door component and vice versa takes place via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The app can run offline temporarily and transmits the data to the TECTIQ control centre as soon as the smartphone is back on the Wi-Fi or mobile network.
