When selecting destination from a route there is an option to pay for a ticket. When selected, it prompted me to key enter my destination AGAIN. Upon doing this, the destination could not be found, and the destinations available to choose from are woefully incomplete. Overall: clumsy, inefficient, and ineffectual; as I could not make the purchase. It makes me wonder if who ever developed the app for Academy, even tested the app prior to releasing it? I will just need to take NJ transit.

It now feels like a 50-50 shot of if my tickets will come up. I've nearly missed my bus a few times now because purchased tickets aren't shown until I reset the app a few times over 10 minutes.

I purchased tickets, then the app wasn't working. it was frozing. I uninstalled the app then reinstalled. and my tickets are gone. basically they can just steal from you
