It has an annoying bug/feature that drives me crazy. When waiting in line to board the bus you need to activate it before you get to the front of the line. This is because when ypu go to activate it makes you click Yes about 4 or 5 times before the final confirmation prompt which finally shows the QR code that the driver scans as proof of payment. The problem is it sometimes closes the window beforevthe driver scans the QR code. Now you have to burn a second ticket to get on the bus. Fix this!

When selecting destination from a route there is an option to pay for a ticket. When selected, it prompted me to key enter my destination AGAIN. Upon doing this, the destination could not be found, and the destinations available to choose from are woefully incomplete. Overall: clumsy, inefficient, and ineffectual; as I could not make the purchase. It makes me wonder if who ever developed the app for Academy, even tested the app prior to releasing it? I will just need to take NJ transit.

This app when working has considerable delay.It is common to see passengers telling the driver (that included me) that we are waiting for the code come up. Right now my problem is - the app says "there is no Internet connection" although all other apps and phone itself work very well with solid Internet connection. First off - the message is wrong, Second - it does not say how to fix the problem. I also talked to Academy about this, and did everything possible. They see my phone is not in sync😚
