This app has the most stingy, convoluted rewards program I've ever seen. It costs 11 "acai coins" for one mini acai bowl, but after purchasing 13 items (bowls and smoothies) I've only earned 6.5 coins. Codes that are sent to your email also frequently don't work on the app bc the company wants you to use it on their broken website instead. Meanwhile, this other acai place I go to has a simple stamp card system - one stamp per bowl, 10 stamps for a free bowl. Guess which store I frequent more!

The app doesn't work. Every time I open it to order, even though I have a valid internet connection, I get the following error message: "You must be online to load the available stores, activate your connection and try again." I have tried deleting and downloading again and still the same issue. It has been this way for a week.

The app works fine. What I didn't like was that I was charged a 10% tip automatically when using the app. You have to go in and manually change it to nothing or a custom amount. Very deceptive. I do like that you can save 10% with a code that they provide in store, but what is the use if I'm getting charged a tip anyway?
